Hello, my name is Deepak Panday.
I am a lecturer specializing in data science, with a passion for exploring data-driven insights and sharing knowledge with others. Outside of my academic work, I enjoy gardening and participating in social activities that bring people together and contribute to the community.

A recent Master’s graduate in International Business Management, I am passionate about using my skills to make a lasting impact in the community. When I am  not driving change, i find joy in dancing, expressing my creativity through every move.

I’m Bhumi, a proud mum of two, working at DiaSorin and finding my feet in Dartford. Moving here has been a new chapter, and I’ve embraced it by focusing on personal growth and building connections. Being part of the committee allows me to meet incredible people and help create a stronger, more caring community. I believe in the power of shared spaces where we support each other, both practically and emotionally. I hope to inspire more people to join in, share their stories, and make Dartford a place we can all genuinely call home.

My name is Sharu Nepal. I am passionate about preserving and promoting our Nepali language, culture, and traditions.My goal is to strengthen community bonds and embrace the diversity that makes our society stronger.

Alongside my community work, I serve in the NHS, where I am dedicated to supporting and caring for people with compassion and respect.

With a deep-rooted passion for technology spanning over 25 years, I specialize in bridging the gap between people and technology to deliver innovative, collaboratively-built solutions.

My approach is founded on the belief that the best technology is useless without user adoption and that the best ideas often come from cross-functional collaboration. I excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear business benefits, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and strategic goals.

I am an academic by profession and a resident of Dartford. Very proud Nepali Dartfodian who is honoured to be serving on the DNC Executive Committee to promote Nepali culture, traditions and heritage in our community.

With a passion for numbers and a heart for service, I bring my experience as an accountant and my nature as a problem-solver to the role of Treasurer. Driven by transparency, fairness, and a self-motivated spirit, I aim to manage our society’s finances with integrity, clarity, and care. Together, let’s build a stronger, smarter community.

Beside my usual job, I serve as the Secretary of the Dartford Nepalese Community, where I’m passionate about building connections and celebrating our shared heritage. Lately, I’ve found myself spending more time than I actually have in the garden—whether growing plants or quietly looking for a bit of peace along the way.
